This policy applies to the COSTED™ Presence Audit and its related pages, including the free result, the paid advanced result, and the call booking step. It covers visitors who take the audit, purchase the advanced result, and, where applicable, book a call.

• Contact details — name and email address, collected to deliver your audit results and, if you book a call, to confirm it
• Audit responses — your answers to the 12 audit questions, used to generate your result
• Payment data — if you purchase the advanced result, processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details
• Scheduling data — the date, time, and contact details you provide when booking a call
• Video engagement data — whether you've watched the video required to finalize a booked call
• Advertising and technical data — collected via the Meta Pixel and/or Conversions API, Google Analytics, or similar tools, including pages viewed, device type, and ad interactions

• To score your audit and generate your free and, where purchased, advanced result
• To process payment for the advanced result
• To confirm your call booking, including verifying the required video has been watched before your slot is locked in
• To follow up with you about your results and how we may be able to help
• To measure and optimize our advertising
• Where you've opted in, to send you marketing communications, which you can unsubscribe from at any time

This page uses the Meta Pixel (and/or the Meta Conversions API) to measure advertising performance and build custom audiences for future ads. Meta may use this data under its own Data Policy and Cookie Policy. You can control ad personalization through your Meta account settings and manage cookies through your browser.

Consent (marketing, advertising cookies), performance of a contract (once you purchase or book), and our legitimate interest in delivering your result and following up.

Stripe (payment), our scheduling tool (e.g. TidyCal, OnceHub), our video hosting provider, and our advertising and analytics tools. These providers only receive what's necessary to perform their function. We do not sell your data.

As long as needed to deliver your result and manage your booking, and for financial records, typically seven years, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the Netherlands, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Contact support@ddduniversity.com to exercise any of these.
